I am interested in hiring a studio, how do I go about this?

What is your cancellation policy for studio bookings?
Our cancellation policy is outlined on all booking confirmation emails, and is as follows:
If the studio booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking commences then 50% of the studio hire price shall be expected.
If the studio booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking commences then 100% of the studio hire price shall be expected.
How can I book onto classes?
You can either book in advance using our app or on our website. Alternatively you can pay using cash at reception on the day of the class. However many of our classes sell out, so we always recommend booking in advance to secure your place.
Classes can be booked on the app up to 7 days in advance - bookings open at midnight for the following week.
We cannot accept card payments for classes at the studio, card payments must be made online via our app or website.

What is your cancellation policy for classes booked in advance on the app/website?
BASE Dance Studios enforces a 12 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings.
If the customer wishes to cancel their booking at any point, more than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time, then a credit for the class amount booked will be credited to the customers profile upon the BASE application.
The credit returned can only be used by the customer to purchase a class of the same price, at a subsequent time. A cash or bank transfer is not eligible.
If the booking is cancelled LESS than 12 hours before the scheduled class start time then the customer is not eligible for a credit refund, cash refund, or a bank transfer to the customers personal account. Booked places cancelled less than 12 hours before the start time will be charged the full rate for that class. We value your custom and will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
If a customer arrives to the premises to sign in for their class booking(s) which they have purchased online, more than 15 minutes later than the advertised start time of the class then this customer is not eligible to enter the class, as to keep a professional tone within the premises and not disturb those in training. No refund will be eligible in this matter, or if a customer is more than 15 minutes late for their class booking.
If the instructor cancels the class which the customer has purchased and booked, then this is no fault of the customer and therefore the purchase shall be refunded in full to the customers personal bank account.
If a class is being covered and the customer no longer wishes to attend, a credit can be issued to the customers’ BASE account even if this falls within the 12 hour cancellation period. Please email us to request this – once the class has started we can no longer process these requests.
New Client/Customers: Please note that valid credit card information is required of all new customers/clients booking to hold a place in a class at BASE via the BASE Studios online services.
Please also ensure you have opted in to receive emails on your profile, as cancellations and notifications will be communicated this way.
Do you have a waitlist for classes?
No - we do not have waitlists in place for classes. If there are places available, you will be able to book. If the class is sold out, you will need to keep an eye on the app to see if any spots become available.
