I am interested in hiring a studio, how do I go about this?

What is your cancellation policy for studio bookings?
Our cancellation policy is outlined on all booking confirmation emails, and is as follows:
If the studio booking is cancelled less than 72 hours before the booking commences then 50% of the studio hire price shall be expected.
If the studio booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking commences then 100% of the studio hire price shall be expected.
How can I book onto classes?
You can either book in advance using our app or on our website. Alternatively you can pay using cash at reception on the day of the class. However many of our classes sell out, so we always recommend booking in advance to secure your place.
We cannot accept card payments for classes at the studio, card payments must be made online via our app or website. If you experience any issues using the app, please follow the following link to talk to a member of the technical team who will be able to assist you: https://help.mindbody.io/

What is your cancellation policy for classes booked in advance on the app/website?
All open classes and workshops can be booked in advance either on the app or through the website. You can cancel yourself out of the class on our app up to 2 hours before the start time of the class. If you cancel before the 2 hour cut off, you will receive a credit in your BASE account. This can be used to purchase a class of the SAME price in future.
For example, if you book a £9 class that starts at 7pm, and you cancel before 5pm, a £9 credit will be placed on your BASE account. This will then automatically be used when you next book a £9 class.
If you cancel with less than 2 hours before the start of the class, you will be fully charged and the money passed on to the teacher as a late cancel.
We cannot provide any refunds directly to a customers bank account. However if a teacher cancels a class you have booked onto, this is no fault of the yours and therefore direct refunds into your bank account will be processed.
How does the waitlist process work?
If a class is fully booked, you can add yourself to the waitlist. You will still be charged for this. If a space becomes available in the class, you will be automatically added and an email sent through to confirm your place. If you unfortunately do not make it from the waitlist onto the class, your credit will be placed back onto your BASE account and can then be used to book onto another class of the same price in future.
