COVID-19 PROCEDURES
In conjunction with the UK government, we have been working with our local council and the leading fitness representatives, UK Active, to ensure we have everything in place for your visit. Although things may be slightly different, everything has been designed to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. Please see below for more details on what you can expect:

Please DO NOT attend the studios if you test positive or are showing any symptoms related to COVID-19

Face masks are not mandatory within the building however can of course be worn at each individuals discretion if preferred

A one-way system will be in place throughout the building

Please wipe down the sound system both before and after your booking with the equipment provided

Please arrive ready and bring minimal luggage - changing rooms and toilets are available for use but have limited space so please plan accordingly

Payment for the studio should be made in advance via bank transfer, or by card at the studios as much as possible

We encourage anyone using the studios to use the hand sanitiser’s provided

We encourage all those entering the building to sign in using the QR codes around the studio to assist with the government Track & Trace system

Refunds will not be issued for COVID related cancellations for classes or studio hires - our normal cancellation policies will be applied. You are encouraged to test in advance before attending the studio.
Of course we will continue to do everything we can to mitigate the risk, however we also ask you as our customers to be responsible and stay alert to protect yourselves and our team:

If you, or anyone you know have felt unwell or have symptoms of COVID-19, do NOT come to class
Please wash your hands regularly for more than 20 seconds and use the hand sanitisers provided
Do not arrive for your class more than 15 minutes early
Arrive to the studio ready to dance and with minimal luggage where possible
